Required Skills and Experience:

• Six months or more of customer service experience
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency using computers and navigating web-based tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in call center or remote support roles
• Ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly

Compensation and Earnings:

• Hourly pay range between $15 and $18 based on experience
• Paid training includes opportunities for performance-based incentives
