Role and Responsibilities:
- Support customers through inbound calls and digital communication tools
- Follow established processes to resolve routine service questions
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Introduce additional products or services when appropriate
Required Skills and Experience:
- Six months or more of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort navigating computer systems and online platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a call center or remote support role
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and workflows
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
Compensation and Earnings:
- Hourly pay range of $15–$18 depending on location and experience
- Paid training with performance-based incentive opportunities
