Role and Responsibilities:

Support customers via inbound calls and digital communication channels
Apply established workflows to resolve common service requests
Capture and update customer information accurately in internal systems

Required Skills and Experience:

Six months or more of experience in customer service or support
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Comfort using computers and navigating multiple applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a remote or contact center environment
Adaptability when learning new tools and processes
Quiet, distraction-free home workspace suitable for calls

Compensation and Earnings:

Hourly pay range of $15–$18 based on location and experience
